Shipping Information

Shipping is determined at checkout. Your order is reviewed to determine how best to fulfill your item and quantity requests from our multiple branches.

Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from multiple locations. If we cannot fulfill an item from one branch, it will be placed on backorder, and no shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the backorder.

For all backordered items, you will be charged actual shipping costs incurred from the manufacturer to us, and then from us to you. Since manufacturers are located across the U.S., we cannot estimate the final shipping cost until we receive the goods.

Our primary carrier is UPS, but we reserve the right to use another carrier if necessary. We do not accept special shipping requests.

Orders containing products with excessive length or weight will not show shipping charges at checkout. We will follow up to determine the best method and ship collect wherever possible.

UPS orders can be tracked using the tool above. Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after pickup.


Return Policy

Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Please contact the branch from which your items were shipped to request an RGA before sending anything back.

  • If the material is stocked and in saleable condition, credit will be issued based on the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the original invoice number is not known, the restocking charge is 25%.
  • If the material was special order and the factory accepts the return, credit will be issued minus any handling charges applied by the factory.
  • If the special order cannot be returned to the factory, we are unable to issue credit.

No credit will be given for material that was not purchased from Paramount Supply.
